Led by a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, our Building Engaged, Strengths-Based Teams Ascent employs Gallup’s StrengthsFinder to assess individuals within each team and determine ways to leverage the unique talents of each team member and build a strengths-based organizational culture. Together, teams will gain an understanding of each individual’s strengths, key team dynamics, and practical action items the team can implement right away to maximize your collective strengths.

Our Becoming A Trusted Business Advisor training will empower your team to leverage the following competencies:
Individual StrengthsFinder Assessment & Strengths-Based Coaching Sessions
This phase will include the distribution of the brief, electronic StrengthsFinder Assessment to each individual member of your team. Our team will then perform an in-depth analysis of the Assessment results. Finally, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach will meet individually with each participant for a 60-minute consultation to explain the Assessment findings. Each participant will receive a foundational understanding of their talent themes and learn key strategies for leveraging their strengths to achieve even more.
TRAINING SESSION ONE
Team Training & Working Session
Once all individual Assessments and Coaching Sessions are complete, we will come together as a group for a two-hour, interactive training and working session. The session will address practical, actionable ways the team can leverage its collective strengths to enhance the performance and culture of the company. Each attendee will leave with immediate ways to leverage their strengths as individuals and as members of the team.
TRAINING SESSION TWO
Team Implementation Check-In
Approximately 6 weeks after the Team Training & Working Session, we will come together again for a 60-minute check-in session to discuss implementation progress. This check-in provides valuable accountability and support for the participating team members.
