The Coaching Ascent is tailored to the interests, strengths, and challenges of each participating person. We also invest significant time upfront to ensure our recommendations are consistent with the vision and values of the participant’s organization.

Each Intensive Business Development Coaching Ascent is customized to the participating person to address specific interests, strengths and challenges. Your program would include:

  • One to two 60-minute sessions per month between you and your Coach for a minimum 6-month period
  • Retainer access to your Coach between sessions for consultation
  • Additional “homework” assignments between coaching sessions
  • Initial and periodic follow up meetings with others within your organization
  • Completion of individualized assessment, including StrengthsFinder 2.0. The findings from the assessment will inform your Action Plan
  • At the conclusion of your Coaching Ascent, an evaluation of the initial engagement and summary of follow up actions
  • Option to renew at the end of the engagement, if deemed necessary

  • Confidently articulate your personal brand during critical business-building interactions
  • Bring in more business and impactfully contribute to your organization’s business development efforts
  • Craft a practical, detailed Action Plan for business development success
