Overview

Each Executive Coaching Ascent is customized to the participating person to address his or her specific interests, strengths and challenges. Your program would include:

  • One-hour sessions between you and your Coach, spaced approximately one to two sessions per month for a minimum 6-month period
  • Retainer access to your Coach between sessions for consultation
  • Additional “homework” assignments between coaching sessions
  • Initial and periodic follow up meetings with others within your Firm
  • Completion of individualized assessment, including StrengthsFinder 2.0. The findings from the assessment will inform your action plan
  • At the conclusion of your Coaching Ascent, an evaluation of the initial engagement and summary of follow up actions
  • Option to renew at the end of the engagement, if deemed necessary

AT THE SUMMIT

At the summit, you will be able to:

  • Articulate your personal brand during critical business interactions
  • Confidently manage your career path for authentic personal and professional achievement
  • Craft and implement a practical, detailed Personal Action Plan for success that includes specific priorities and follow up actions
