Before establishing Mountaintop Consulting, Precious was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she made private equity investments in high growth companies. She led her group’s investing and business development efforts in key Southern markets and served on the board of several portfolio companies. Precious began her Goldman career as an investment banker in the Mergers & Strategic Advisory Group, where she advised energy, retail, and industrial companies on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance matters.
Precious graduated with honors from Yale University and received her J.D. from Yale Law School. She currently serves as a board member of Cadence Bank (NYSE: CADE), the Episcopal Health Foundation, and Baylor College of Medicine. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she is a member of the exclusive Forbes Coaches Council and speaks frequently on business development, personal branding, strategic career management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. Precious has received a Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Award for Professional Services, in recognition of her career achievements, community involvement, and leadership. In 2021, Savoy Magazine recognized her on its list of Most Influential Black Corporate Directors.

Rosa Maria Villagomez, JD
Rosa Maria Villagomez is a Strategy Consultant for Mountaintop Consulting focused on helping professionals reach higher levels of career success and productivity. For over 20 years, Rosa Maria has worked as an attorney with in-house legal departments for global corporations and a trial law firm. In her roles, she has helped build more effective leaders through team and department management, diversity initiatives, and relationship development.
Rosa Maria joined Mountaintop from Shell Oil Company, where she served as Senior Counsel for Global Litigation. Previously, she was Associate General Counsel of Litigation for Eaton Corporation and Cooper Industries, managing an international docket of matters including complex commercial, environmental, and product liability cases. Rosa Maria received her B.A. from Stanford University, where she served as Senior Class President. After graduating and doing nonprofit advocacy, she earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and became licensed to practice in Texas. Rosa Maria is a former Board Member for Girl’s Inc., an active member of the Center for Houston’s Future, a graduate of the Center’s Leadership Forum, and a former member of the Greater Houston Partnership/Executive Women’s Partnership. She also volunteers her time with Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory High School and mentors attorneys through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Senior Project Coordinator
As a Senior Project Coordinator with Mountaintop Consulting, Selena Salinas supports clients through every step of a project or program. On any given day, that may mean scheduling interactions, providing technical and logistics help on a workshop, or creating a survey to determine client needs. She additionally leverages her prior graphic design and marketing experience to help build Mountaintop’s profile through social media and other marketing efforts.

As a Project Coordinator with Mountaintop Consulting, Noor Abukishk supports projects from start to finish. From scheduling to workshop assistance to distributing follow-up resources, Noor helps move projects forward and ensures our clients have everything they need along the way.
