Overview

Each Intensive Business Development Coaching Ascent is customized to the participating person to address specific interests, strengths and challenges. Your program would include:

  • Two 60-minute sessions per month between you and your Coach, for a minimum 6-month period
  • Retainer access to your Coach between sessions for consultation
  • Additional “homework” assignments between coaching sessions
  • Initial and periodic follow up meetings with others within your company
  • Completion of individualized assessment, including StrengthsFinder 2.0. The findings from the assessment will inform your Action Plan
  • At the conclusion of your Coaching Ascent, an evaluation of the initial engagement and summary of follow up actions
  • Option to renew at the end of the engagement, if deemed necessary
