Overview

The Virtual Small Group Coaching for Diverse Professionals Ascent is designed to help diverse professionals improve stakeholder relationships, project confidence as a leader, provide demonstrable value, and grow themselves and/or their teams. It includes:

  • 24 weeks of video lessons and curated content with monthly coaching sessions on 6 key business skills
  • Additional “homework” assignments to complete between coaching sessions
  • Four-week series for each topic will include:
    • Week 1: Video lesson on the topic
    • Week 2: Brief video on a practical application of the topic
    • Week 3: 60-minute, interactive small group coaching session
    • Week 4: Video with answers to FAQs on the topic

AT THE SUMMIT

At the summit, each participant will be able to:

  • Articulate their personal brand on and offline, including the value they bring
  • Master key verbal, non-verbal, and written communication imperatives
  • Confidently manage their career path for authentic personal and professional achievement
  • Craft and implement a practical, detailed personal Action Plan for success that includes specific priorities and follow up actions
