Mountaintop’s Virtual Small Group Coaching Ascent provides structured leadership, business development, and strategic career management guidance that gives individuals the practical skills and tools they need to reach their career goals.

This is a 6-month coaching program that has limited enrollment to provide maximum value for participants. The program is open to professionals in all industries and tenures. Overview

The Virtual Small Group Coaching Ascent is designed to teach professionals how to improve stakeholder relationships, project confidence as a leader, provide demonstrable value, and grow themselves and/or their teams. It includes:

  • Monthly content, including materials to read before our group coaching session, educational video, and homework to complete, on key business skills leaders need to progress in their careers
  • Six, 60-minute virtual live group coaching calls that will focus on the challenges and questions participants encounter in the workplace, guided by our topic of the month
  • Additional “homework” assignments to complete between coaching sessions
  • Private LinkedIn Group to connect with fellow participants in the coaching program

AT THE SUMMIT

At the summit, each participant will be able to:

  • Articulate their personal brand on and offline, including the value they bring
  • Master key verbal, non-verbal, and written communication imperatives
  • Confidently manage their career path for authentic personal and professional achievement
  • Craft and implement a practical, detailed personal Action Plan for success that includes specific priorities and follow up actions
