Precious Williams Owodunni

A trusted strategist for business and law firm leaders, Precious Williams Owodunni advises, coaches, and trains emerging and senior leaders, because she believes everyone in a business can contribute to profitable growth. Her client roster includes Boston Consulting Group, Shell Oil Company, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Lionstone Investments, Halliburton, Lime Rock Resources, Johnson & Johnson, King & Spalding LLP, and other leading financial services, law, and private equity firms.

Before establishing Mountaintop Consulting, Precious was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she made private equity investments in high growth companies. She led her group’s investing and business development efforts in key Southern markets and served on the board of several portfolio companies. Precious began her Goldman career as an investment banker in the Mergers & Strategic Advisory Group, where she advised energy, retail, and industrial companies on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance matters.

Precious graduated with honors from Yale University and received her J.D. from Yale Law School. She currently serves as a board member of Cadence Bank (NYSE: CADE), the Episcopal Health Foundation, and Baylor College of Medicine.  A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she is a member of the exclusive Forbes Coaches Council and speaks frequently on business development, personal branding, strategic career management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. Precious has received a Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Award for Professional Services, in recognition of her career achievements, community involvement, and leadership. In 2021, Savoy Magazine recognized her on its list of Most Influential Black Corporate Directors.
