We will need your team’s input regarding key background information and to participate in working sessions to help evaluate solutions. Upon the presentation of your final, written Strategic Plan, we will wrap up the Strategic Plan Ascent with an additional Training Ascent tailored to the Plan and key next steps mutually agreed upon. The Training Ascent noted below can be exchanged or customized to suit your team’s needs.
