StrengthsFinder is one of our favorite ways to create this space. It provides a moment for introspection, a clear way to understand one’s team members, and is highly buildable. (We often start with a group workshop, then segue into one-on-one coaching and follow-on workshops around action planning, managing teams, and more.)
